At MyTitan13, we stand behind the quality of every Titan we ship out. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds.

🛡️ Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

• Unused figures in original condition and packaging

• Orders with missing, damaged, or defective parts

Custom-assembled or significantly modified figures may not be eligible for return.

📦 To initiate a return, email us at support@mytitan13.com with your order number and reason for return. Photos help speed things up!

🔄 Exchanges

If your Titan arrived damaged or with the wrong parts, we’ll happily send you a replacement or the correct components — fast. Just reach out within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll deploy a solution.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

• Refund times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, etc.).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns on:

• Altered figures (including damaged in transit)

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final sale items

📦 Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — if it gets lost, we can’t refund what we never receive.
